AIReal Yoga™ for Strength
AIReal Yoga™ for Strength is a core-based class designed to improve flexibility, balance, joint mobility, and breath awareness while using the support of the hammock. This is an intermediate level class.
Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series
The Ashtanga Yoga Primary series builds sequentially in terms of flexibility and strength in order to prepare you for some of the gateway postures in the practice. Starting with the Sun Salutations, aimed at both steadying the mind and warming up the inner fire, the practice opens the hamstrings, stretches and strengthens the back, increases core development and purifies the entire body.
Core & Restore
This class is designed to take you from yang to yin creating balance in strength and groundless to surrender and flow. The first 30 minutes of class is focused on building strength within yoga posture with specific emphasis on the core. The last 30 minutes of class focuses on restorative posture with the use of props that are held up to 5 minutes each allowing you the body to totally surrender. Those that experience this class leave feeling that they are in a place of balance body, mind, and soul!
Pilates principals are incorporated into this boot camp style class to burn calories and create a balance of core strength and sculpted muscles. Class can be modified to suit individual needs, levels, and goals.
Power Flow Yoga
Build internal heat with your breath, feel the external heat of the room and energy surrounding you. Power Flow is an invigorating class that will have you moving and breathing through various postures or asanas. Come prepared to explore your body and take on new challenges with invitations to experiment through Sun Salutes, arm balancing, inversions, twists, backbends, hip openers and more.
Slow Burn Yoga
Dynamic sequences, power poses, and really getting into the seat of each pose (asana). You will build strength and flexibility, while at the same time building a unique energy for a long, juicy savasana (rest) of about 10-15 minutes. You will leave relaxed, refreshed and empowered.
Sound Healing Bowls and Chakra Alignment
The sweet, complex tones of singing bowls can deeply penetrate both body and mind. Their unique soundscape and internal harmonies cut through the chatter of the mind to touch fundamental parts of ourselves. Singing bowl healing is the use of these harmonious sounds for their beneficial effects and naturally balance the chakras (subtle energy centers within the body). Adding to the experience you will also be guided through a specific chakra meditation. The entire experience is designed to resonate each person to their purest form creating balance body, mind, and soul.
This class links body movement with the breath. Each sequence utilizes breath-synchronized movements to transition between sustained poses. In Sanskrit, the term Vinyasa means to place in a special way.
This class its based on intuition rather than tradition, encouraging the breath to be the heartbeat of the class. Longer sequences are linked together with the pace of the breath, leaving students feeling positive, strong, and invigorated. Appropriate for all levels, modifications are offered throughout class.
