Classes: Yin Yoga
Sadie started practicing yoga for the physical benefits in 2005, after her doctor suggested it to help ease her scoliosis symptoms. She fell in love with yoga in college, finding it gave her balance, peace and the physical and mental relief she hadn’t known she needed. While working as a flight attendant, she was able to attend a variety of yoga classes all over the country and became a true lover of the many different types of yoga. After 11 years of practicing yoga, Sadie decided to deepen her practice by receiving her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Yoga Assets, under the direction of Denise Druce. Sadie is registered through Yoga Alliance and she loves to further her yoga education through workshops and additional trainings. She shares her passion for yoga by helping her students find peace, self awareness and inner stillness, as well as balance and strength on their mat. Sadie is a mother to a sweet baby boy and loves to spend time with family, garden, run and hike when she is not doing yoga.
