Hot Power Vinyasa

A powerful flow connected to the heat, lighting and music in the room. Build the energy up from slow, organic movements to powerful warrior sequences, followed by long holding yin and restore. The space is yours to flow with the suggestions and class, or to move on your own.

Heated Ashtanga Primary Series

The foundation of any and all Vinyasa classes is the primary series The primary series resets a yoga practice, and is an excellent home practice. This is a heated class, and it is 60 minutes long.

Yoga Strong - Levels 2/3

Yoga Strong is a class meant for those who are ready to take their practice to the next level with strong sequences, long holds, drills to improve strength and take you deeper into the physical poses. All while incorporating breathing techniques, meditations, and mantras! If you’re looking for a class that will challenge you physically, spiritually, and mentally, this is the class for you.

Hot Power Vinyasa

An energetic and dynamic Vinyasa class where yoga postures transition in a challenging and creative flow, in a heated room (96-105 degrees) set to upbeat music to motivat4e and invigorate the body and the mind. This Vinyasa flow combines strength and flexibility while calming and cleansing the mind.

Hot Pilates

This Mat Pilates class takes various Pilates positions to tone and sculpt all muscle groups while challenging and focusing on core muscles with every movement. This class is set to upbeat music and uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) to increase endurance and build strength. This is a high heated class set between 95-100 degrees.

Hot Ashtanga

This all-levels class will leave you invigorated! Ashtanga yoga will incorporate the Primary Series, which is a set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body. Sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and closing sequence poses will be part of every class, modifications are offered throughout.

Slow Burn Vinyasa All Levels

In slow burn, we get to spend time in all of the poses that make us go Mmmmmmmmm! Beginning with a slower, more mindful approach to the asanas (poses) and the breath, we incorporate intention into each movement. We’ll spend time building strength in “power poses” and then coming back down to gentle twisting and longer holds and juiciest 15 minute savasana to get your weekend started off right.

AIReal Power Flow

Using the suspended AIReal skills, this AIReal Yoga flow will link traditional and non-traditional yoga postures in a continuous and challenging flow. This class combines strengthening postures as well as postures designed to deepen and align. This class is best suited for those who have completed at least one AIReal Intro class or have some yoga experience.

Intermediate AIReal Yoga

This class revisits techniques you’ve learned in Intro to AIReal Yoga, and allows you to go a bit further, introducing you to new postures to prepare you for an Advanced AIReal class. We will take a variety of postures and try new sequences each week, to experience the many benefits of the practice. Refine, realign, restore and renew your yoga practice with a hammock as your yoga prop. Let the hammock help to refine your mat practice, challenge you, and hold you while you flip your hourglass and see the world from a different view, upside down. Elevate your practice, alleviate pain, exhilarate your soul!

Acro Yoga

AcroYoga Blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of Thai massage. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness and community.

No partner needed, no experience needed. AcroYoga will have and be instructed through proper spotting with a strong emphasis on safety and building trust.

Ashtanga Fusion

This 75 min. all-levels class will leave you invigorated! Ashtanga Fusion will combine elements of the Primary Series with fun, creative flows that are designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body. Sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and closing sequence poses will be part of every class, modifications are offered throughout.

Community Outreach

This class is for everyone and is a donation-based vinyasa flow yoga class. No one is turned away for lack of funds, but all money that is collected will be donated to a local charity or organization in need. Help yourself and others by attending this amazing community class! All-levels welcome, modifications always offered.

Pilates

This 75 min. class is for everyone! Pilates principles are incorporated into this bootcamp style class to burn calories and create a balance of core strength and sculpted muscles. Class can be modified to suit individual needs, levels, and goals.
